YAHTZEE

Yahtzee is a fun dice game made by Milton Bradley in 1956. when the game first came out it was spelled "Yatzie". it was first sold in a set of dice games called "LUCK - 15 Grand Dice Games". the name changed to Yahtzee when the game separated from the set of games to be sold as its own. The game is a development of earlier dice games such as Yacht, Generala and Yogi. Yahtzee is also very similar to the English game "poker dice" and the Cheerio dice game.

The object of the game is to score the most points by rolling five dice to make certain combinations to get the most points. Each player uses three rolls per turn to try and get the combination they desire. they are 13 turn per player per game. The game is called Yahtzee because it is the highest point value combination in the game. Yahtzee is when a player get all five dice to be the same number in three rolls or less.
